Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed the property. Sitting right on the Caddo River we tubed from launch point straight back to the house. All the residential and rental properties around are very well cared for and everyone we met was super nice and neighborly. Home was well stocked on all necessities. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Beds were comfortable. Loved the shower and tiles. We really liked the separate sleeping areas. Location was ideal. While this property was pet friendly just be aware you may be carrying your pet up and down steep stairs. Would have liked at least one more chair in the living area.With a few tweaks I would rate it a five.
